As an employee at the 314th Air Base Security Company, you will serve at the 31st Air Base Battalion, the largest unit of the Helicopter Wing, and thus become an important part of Sweden's defense. About the 314th Air Base Security Company

The 314th Air Base Security Company consists of company management, two continuously employed and one temporarily employed air base security platoon, a sensor platoon, and a dog unit. The company's main task is to detect, locate, identify, and counter security threats against air combat forces. The Air Base Security Company is part of the 31st Air Base Battalion, whose main tasks are the operation of Air Base Malmen, operation of a mobile air base, and basic training of conscripts.

There are great opportunities for development within the function through training and courses.

Main Responsibilities

As an intelligence officer, you will be part of the company management and lead intelligence and security services. You should be able to create documentation and directives regarding protection against security threats. Within this framework, you will plan and conduct security planning, security assessments, investigations, and handle security matters. You should also be able to take over the leadership of the company to a limited extent and support the company in maintaining and developing soldiers' skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Approved specialist officer training.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
• Driver's license B.

MERITORIOUS

• Previous service in intelligence and security positions.
• Training in intelligence services.
• Several years of experience working with security protection and information security.
• Experience in security assessments and security investigations.

Personal Qualities

As an intelligence officer, you are meticulous, clear, and committed. The tasks require you to be stress-resistant, adaptable to situations, and unpretentious, as well as having very good cooperation skills and social competence. Formal training within the function will be provided as needed after starting the position. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities.
